TravelMate stores account and saved trip information to provide your planning workspace.

To find a missing or failing activity photo, TravelMate may send the attraction name, city, country and available attraction coordinates to Google Places. These requests use attraction coordinates, rather than your live GPS position. Loading Google photos and author avatars sends browser requests to Google. Google processes that information under the Google Privacy Policy, which applies to Google content used by TravelMate.

TravelMate stores matched Google Place IDs with activities. It keeps Google photo URLs and author credits only in the active display and does not store Google photo files.
